We loved the convenient location close to the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was always clean, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. Despite being close to the station, the noise level in the rooms was minimal.

Don't have any issues at all.

The staff were quite friendly and helpful in general. The lady at the reception desk on the first day of my stay was not so good, did not understand English so well and made a mistake when setting up my internet.

The bedroom was very basic, there was a smell (odour) in the bathroom and wireless internet could not be operated from my room, so I had to go downstairs in the lobby and pay for this service. In my opinion, this is not a four star hotel.

    Location quite good.

Pretty shabby appearance. Staff not particularly helpful. One woman especially was downright rude. Wireless internet only available in public areas of the hotel at an additional cost of 8 euro per day. Breakfast included and was OK although some toast and perhaps bacon would have been nice, but this only a minor comment.

I recently had a pleasant stay at a hotel close to the terminal station, which was convenient for exploring the local attractions. the staff were lovely and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. the room had a charming antique furniture look and provided a comfortable and quiet night's sleep. the breakfast options were presented nicely, and the continental option with fresh rolls and cheese was my favorite. a cozy and welcoming experience.

The vending machine in the lobby automatically adds sugar to the tea, which was a bit disappointing for someone who prefers unsweetened tea.

Very near the station, staff extremely helpful, late check-in no problem. Clean neat rooms.

Not luxury hotel but perfect for those who need basic, clean hotel.

The location was great, right next to all transportation, hotel staff were nice, breakfast good.

You can't have guests in your room at all, my friend came in for one hour and charged him 25 euro, staff a bit lazy at the front desk, not willing to go the extra mile.

The Location to all the sights meant nearly everything was walkable.

This is the second time I have used this Hotel,my only complaint is their reluctance to open the bar. After a long day sightseeing,a couple of drinks in the bar would have been nice.

The breakfast spread was impressive with a variety of options. the hotel's location was convenient with many attractions within walking distance. Lastly, the staff was helpful and accommodating.

The room was outdated and desperately in need of renovation. the Wi-Fi service was expensive and only allowed for one device to connect at a time, which was extremely inconvenient.

The hotel staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about city attractions.

It could do better at keeping the rooms a bit cleaner. And no iron was available to iron my shirts.

The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with major attractions and the main station within walking distance. the comfortable room had amenities like a mini-bar and a well-stocked bathroom.

The room lacked basic necessities like a kettle and hot drinks, and there was no safe for storing valuables. the air conditioning was either too warm or too cold, making it difficult to find a comfortable temperature.

Great location , helpfull staff , good breakfast. The accomodation is not the newest , but so what... Family room 528 was ok. No ballroom , but enough space. Discussion about 3 or 4 stars ? Maybe , but for the price you have paid the service is good.

The access to hotel is not clearly mentioned. Room cleanliness, look and feel may be improved. Size of room is very small. Also there is no hand shower in the room.
